Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Newave Products.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Newave Products.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material, workmanship or broken components under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

We will:

★ Repair the product or any broken parts of the product at no cost, using new or replacement parts; or,

★ The product will be exchanged with a new product; or,

★ The price of product will be refunded, either partially or fully.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from us is number of months from the date of purchase. It varies depending on category the product belongs to, as listed below:

★ Consumer electronics: 6 months;

★ Outdoor gears: 12 months;

★ Collectibles: N/A.

A replacement of Physical Good or parts assumes the remaining Warranty Period of the original Physical Goods.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship, including but not limited to:

★ Damage of a product resulting from misuse or negligence;

★ Damage of a product resulting from unauthorised modification of the product;

★ Damage caused by natural disaster;

★ Theft or loss of the product, etc.

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. You can do so by clicking “Contact Us” button from our website.

The following terms and conditions apply:

★ The product must be returned in its original packaging;

★ Any original documents (including proof of purchase such as tax invoice) or accessories that shipped with the product must be included in the package;

★ You are responsible for paying any shipping costs incurred to and from our premises.
